Polyester Air Textured Yarn（ATY）

Polyester ATY is produced using an air deformation process that gives the yarn a unique structure, creating crimps, loops, and coils that mimic the texture of natural fibers like cotton. Unlike traditional polyester yarns, which tend to be smooth and linear, ATY offers a plush, soft hand feel while maintaining the inherent strength and durability of polyester. The texture variations also contribute to better dye absorption, allowing for more vibrant colors and enhanced versatility in applications like upholstery and home textiles.

ATY offers several benefits for home textiles. Its cotton-like softness makes it ideal for creating comfortable, plush fabrics, while its high durability and wrinkle resistance ensure longevity, even with heavy use.
